Overall, it's wonderful base for exploring Philadelphia attractions. In the room you will find a personal safe, multi-channel television and an ironing set. Customer service was EXCELLENT too.
-
Location is not far from city center, pretty near to the airport
-
It deserves its 3 stars. This hotel was good choice for exploring Philadelphia, greatly enjoyed it.
-
This hotel is in general cool. I visited that property before and I really enjoyed staff and location.
-
Staff was very friendly and personable and we appreciated the free and timely shuttle to and from the metro! Room next door to family. Free breakfast on site free parking
Loud heating/cooling unit Tub didn't drain Online the room was marketed as a suite - NOT no sitting area no fridge
-
Very nice for $99/night. Even though it is a $30/trip with a taxi to Center City or University City the room was just as nice and actually larger than the Westin at $289/night we had stay at before. Once we learned how to take the train it was even more economical.
It is a 20 - 25 minute trip to downtown, but then again, you save a lot of money. So how can we complain!

Everything the staff was friendly I loved the pool
I didn't Lik Tht the check in was so late
-
The hotel is great, everything was as expected
While the location worked perfectly for my group, it seems to be not that ideal for heading into town.
-
It had great access from the airport and very friendly staff as well as a great breakfast!
-
Convenient and comfortable hotel to stay before flying out of the country. Convenient airport shuttle and leave your car at hotel for parking.
Everything was OK except we had to leave early before breakfast beginning time.
-
All was good for the day,I don't think I can get sleep like that at home.
They could have did my wake up calls
-
Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast quite complete, staff very helpful (we used the shuttle many times to get to and from the train station at the airport, good information given). Glad to have an exercise room; even a pool although we didn't use it.
Inside noise level a bit high--footsteps noticeable from above and the hallway, two people shouting in the hallway at 3 pm (one possibly intoxicated). This last observation, of course, is not the hotel's fault but that of the guests involved.
-
The stay was great! Staff was kind and attentive. Breakfast was great, nice to have warm food options. My kids loved the pool! Room was clean and comfy!
Would have liked ice on all floors
-
Great hotel, nice staff and very clean and comfortable.
Everything was amazing but the breakfast was a bit lacking.

Victoria at Reception worked extra hard to accommodate our needs as we were using the room to rest on a flight layover. Free airport shuttle and Phil the driver was very personable. We walked to the WaWa for our Phillie favorites: cheesesteak and Tastycakes.
